Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based at their Head Office near Southampton

About the company:

A regional leading Main Contractor within the Commercial & Residential space on the South coast

This role will involve the usual QS Duties duties of all Commercial & Residential packages and associated JCT Contracts.

The successful applicant will report to the company's commercial director and will be responsible for a group of projects in and around the Hampshure area. Individual package values will range from £1 million up to £30 million each.

About the requirements
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Previous experience in this type of role
