Position: Cover SupervisorLocation: South BirminghamContract: Full-time, Term-time only (39 weeks)

Your ResponsibilitiesSupervise students and deliver pre-set lesson plans in the teacher's absence.Ensure students remain on task and manage classroom behaviour effectively.Support students in their learning and encourage a positive classroom atmosphere.Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and lesson outcomes.Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.

About You? Confident & Approachable: You’re comfortable leading a classroom and managing behaviour with authority.? Organized & Adaptable: You can quickly adjust to different subjects and classroom needs.? Strong Communicator: You can engage with students, teachers, and staff clearly and effectively.? Experience: Prior experience in a classroom or working with young people is preferred but not essential.
