Property Consultant - Job Description

Property Consultant - What you’ll be doing:

• Dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone and by email
• Conducting viewings for sales and lettings
• Register clients’ details on our CRM system
• Assessing clients’ specific needs by being an excellent listener
• Looking after a manageable portfolio of clients and matching with suitable properties
• Arranging viewings with Vendors, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants while managing the office diary
• Obtaining viewing feedback and sharing with relevant parties
• Assisting Property Management Team with inspections, checks and maintenance
• Up selling additional services such as mortgages and insurances
• Administrative duties such as anti-money laundering checks & referencing checks
• Comfortable with personal business generation
• Social media posting
• Ordering office stationery

Property Consultant - Skills Needed:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
