Are you a Channel Manager, with experience in either Defence, Aviation, or Energy Markets?

Are you looking to take ownership of Channel Management and reselling of cutting-edge products, in a newly created role which will offer the opportunity to work in diverse markets, globally?

The Company:

We're working with a business that's paving the way in the development of underwater technology for numerous applications in Defence, Energy, Marine Science & Research and Sustainability. This is a global business, operating at the forefront of their industry, with a passion for innovation.

The Role:

This role is for a dynamic Channel Manager, with experience developing and expanding resellers across diverse geographies, and a background in either Defence, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Aviation.

You'll be responsible for:

Performance management of resellers
Developing an enablement strategy to empower resellers with the knowledge, tools, and training required to effectively sell the company's products
Developing the company's reseller network through sustainable profitable growth in sales, typically of lower-value products, spares and aftermarket service offerings
Expanding the network to ensure coverage geographically and by market sector
Managing partner relationships, ensuring compliance, and monitoring performance to achieve market expansion and business growth
Ensuring efficiencies are gained through operating and effective network, be that via offboarding from the company's RO's to resellers or via salestech

The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

Experience managing a successful reseller network
Experience developing and expanding resellers across diverse geographies
Experience in either Defence, Oil & Gas / Energy or Aviation markets The Benefits:
