Job Title: Planner

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Looking to take the next step in your town planning career? My client, a prominent multi-disciplinary firm, is seeking a motivated Town Planner to join their expanding team. With expertise across planning, architecture, and engineering, they deliver outstanding solutions for a variety of clients.

In this role, you will:

- Support site selection, appraisals, and feasibility studies.

- Prepare and coordinate planning submissions.

- Oversee the submission process from start to post-determination.

- Work on a mix of residential, commercial, and renewable energy projects.

- Manage client expectations and build strong relationships while delivering exceptional results.
