Parkside Recruitment are looking for a CNC Milling Setter/Programmer to join their clients Production team.

Overview:
You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines using Fanuc and Haas controls to produce high-complex components.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc and Haas controls.

* Produce high-complexity components from a range of materials, ensuring quality and precision.

* Adhere to quality and environmental standards (ISO9001/14001:2015).

* Ensure part production meets planned set and run times, and complies with quality standards.

* Support the Manufacturing Group Leader in enhancing the 5S organisation of assigned areas and take responsibility for the machines operated.

* Ensure that the correct materials and drawings are used to produce each component.

* Set up tools, offsets, and perform program adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proficiency in setting up and programming CNC milling machines (Fanuc/Haas).

* Knowledge of quality and environmental standards, such as ISO9001/14001.

* Experience in high-precision machining and component production.

* Familiarity with 5S organisational practices and lean manufacturing principles.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
