Nursery Room Leader - Level 3

Salary: Up to £34,000

Full-Time Hours

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our client's team and lead their under 2's room. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to the children in their room, and will play a key role in supporting and developing the staff team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher qualification in early years
• Proven experience in a senior role within an early years setting, with a good understanding of the EYFS
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to support and empower a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of early years practitioners to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children under 2 years old
• Plan and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities and experiences to promote children's learning and development
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, and ensure effective communication with families
• Maintain a thorough understanding of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery, through reflective practice and ongoing professional development
