Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Our Client specialises in providing utilities for businesses across the UK. They currently seek a detail-oriented Administrator to join their team.

Duties include:

  • Submitting contracts to suppliers via portals & Microsoft docs.
  • Submitting termination and information requests to suppliers.
  • Audit sales submitted by consultants and update CRM systems.
  • Generating and submitting customer correspondence.
  • Liaising with the customer service team with any contract issues.
  • Supporting the Sales team with feedback on all aspects of quality, including voice files, CRM & sales techniques. (Direct Sales, AM & CAT).
  • Speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone to resolve queries.

Key Skills required:

  • Meticulous with quality assurance, quick to learn new things and adapts well to change.
  • Customer focused
  • Prioritising own work loads, taking ownership of tasks and following through.
  • High level of IT competency in Microsoft office & Excel preferred
  • Data entry
