Job Title: Ofsted Registered Manager - Children's Home.

Location: East Suffolk

Salary: £41,000.00 - £46,000.00 per annum (commensurate with experience) with potential for salary increase upon home registration and additional progression opportunities within the company.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday with potential weekend availability

As a key player in our team, you will work closely with the directors to manage the registration process.

Role Overview:

As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our home, responsible for leading the development and implementation of high-quality care standards. You will oversee daily operations, build, and inspire a dedicated team, and work relentlessly to create a nurturing and safe environment for our young people. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the home's ethos and establishing it as a benchmark for excellence in children's care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care. Foster a positive and supportive working environment.

* Compliance & Registration: Work with RI and wider team to ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and quality standards.

* Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.

* Resident Care: Develop and implement individualised plans for each young person, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is prioritised.

* Engagement: Build strong relationships with families, external agencies, and the local community to support the home's objectives.

* Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve service delivery, implement best practices, and ensure the home remains at the forefront of childcare excellence.

Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a senior or deputy manager in a children's home setting, demonstrating leadership and management skills.

* Qualifications: Relevant Ofsted registration and/or management qualifications preferred.

* Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Work Location: This role requires an in-person presence at the home in East Suffolk
