Assembler - PCB Experience Essential - Portsmouth - Full Time - Temp to Perm
Are you a detail-oriented Assembler with experience in PCB assembly? We're working with a leading electronics manufacturer in Portsmouth, and they're looking for skilled individuals to join their growing team. If you have hands-on experience working with printed circuit boards - we want to hear from you!
Location: Portsmouth
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Shifts: Monday-Thursday 07:15-15:30, Friday 07:30-14:30
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Type: Temporary-to-permanent after 12 weeks
What You'll Be Doing:

Assembling and soldering PCBs to a high standard
*
Interpreting technical drawings and component lists
*
Maintaining quality throughout the assembly process
*
Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in PCB assembly is essential
*
Strong soldering skills (SMT or through-hole)
*
Good attention to detail and quality control
*
Ability to read and follow schematics and assembly instructions
*
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
