Description

A varied Accounts Assistant role where you'll be a key hire to the business where you will be managing a wide range of accounting duties including :

• Prepare and post invoices, refunds and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets.
• Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies.
• Develop and streamline operational efficiencies.
• Supporting of Credit Control and helping to reduce aged debt

Profile

As an Accounts Assistant, you will have the following experience

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
• Outstanding mathematical skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
