You will work closely with business leaders, data scientists, and other stakeholders to develop and implement data solutions that meet the needs of each function.

• Design and implement the data architecture for the company's different data programs.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and design data solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain data models, metadata management, and data integration processes that will enable us to harness the power of our data.
• Collaborate with the enterprise architecture team to ensure alignment with our overall enterprise architecture strategy.
• Develop and maintain data architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and data lineage documentation to enable us to track and manage our data effectively.
• Evaluate new data technologies, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities to improve data management capabilities and enhance data-driven decision making.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development teams to ensure that data architecture and design principles are followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data reporting and analytics frameworks that enable data-driven decision making.
• Develop and maintain platform governance standards and procedures to ensure that our Azure Data Platform and Databricks environments are optimized for performance, security, and compliance
• Communicate data architecture and data management strategies, policies, and standards to stakeholders and business leaders.
