Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a new opportunity in the Aerospace industry? Our client, a global aviation fleet solutions and support specialist, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Office Manager in Datchet, Windsor and Maidenhead.At our client's organisation, you'll have the chance to work with a global network of companies that are dedicated to solving the most challenging aviation fleet, parts, and maintenance problems. As the Office Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 6 individuals, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business strategy, and implementing operational improvements.What you'll do:

  • Lead the company in day-to-day operations and functional execution.
  • Oversee the execution of multiple client projects, collaborating with clients on project initiation, trajectory, and closure.
  • Acquire and retain clients, strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Assess client aviation needs, develop relationships, secure project orders, and deliver solutions.
  • Provide directive input on sales, procurement, shipping, and HR decisions.
  • Execute strategic business investments.

Who you'll work with:

  • Lead the HR, sales, procurement, shipping, and packaging teams, managing external IT teams.
  • Collaborate with international company leaders across multiple countries on strategic decision-making, project collaboration, and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of work experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Aerospace or defence experience preferable.
  • Ability to lead a team and foster an inclusive environment.
  • Strong time-management skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfort with ambiguous and ever-changing situations.
