Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Inspire: Motivate and manage a dedicated kitchen team in a positive, dynamic environment.
Menu Creation: Develop seasonal, innovative menus using fresh, local ingredients with a focus on flavour and presentation.
Cost Management: Oversee food costing and budgeting to ensure profitability without compromising on quality.
Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets high standards of presentation, taste, and consistency.
Local Sourcing: Collaborate with the onsite butchery and local suppliers for a sustainable, farm-to-table approach.
Food Safety: Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Experienced: Prior experience as a Head Chef is essential.
