Are you the right person for the job?
* Qualified Solicitor with a Practising Certificate
* Strong knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Probate Law
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients
* Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to following office procedures
* A positive, proactive attitude towards client care and business development
What will your role look like?
* Provide expert legal advice to clients in areas such as Wills, Trusts, and Probate
* Assist in business development to grow our Wills, Trusts, and Probate practice
* Manage client communications, ensuring high standards of client care
* Ensure matters are brought to a timely and satisfactory conclusion
* Meet billing targets and contribute to the firm's financial health
* Actively market yourself and the firm to attract and retain clients
* Work individually and as part of a collaborative team
* Stay updated on changes in law and practice, attending training as necessary
