Are you a motivated and experienced electrical professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for an Electrical Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee a dynamic and growing team delivering high-quality electrical services, including innovative energy solutions like EV charging and solar PV installations.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Electrical Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in managing and coordinating electrical works across a broad spectrum of services, including:

Supervision of electric vehicle (EV) charging and solar PV (photovoltaic) installations

Oversight of all electrical installs and house rewires

Management of responsive repairs and planned maintenance programmes

Ensuring all inspection and testing works are completed to current standards

Leading and supporting a team of qualified electricians and apprentices

Monitoring compliance with health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For:

Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent in Inspection & Testing

Experience in supervising or managing electrical teams

Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and renewable technologies (EV/PV)
