Building Services Manager (Decarbonisation) - c£Excellent plus benefits - Birmingham

Our client seeks to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager in supporting their expanding building services team at their office in Birmingham as a fundamental role in managing decarbonisation project delivery processes and deliverables on multiple large-scale projects throughout the UK.

Essential Criteria

* Strong building services background with minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical or contract management or similar

* Competent understanding of mechanical systems in medium to large commercial projects

* Competent understanding of multi-disciplinary design processes and design coordination

* Excellent leadership and communication skills and previous experience in managing a team

* Excellent time management skills

* Pro Efficient in Microsoft office Packages - Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Microsoft teams
