Your new companyMy client, a market leader in its field, is seeking a professional Customer Service advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Specialising in a variety of product rental processes, you will be joining a fast-paced team dealing with a national client base.Your new roleThe position is being offered full-time Monday to Friday, working exclusively from the office based in Warrington. This is a fast-paced job, so the right candidate should enjoy spinning multiple plates all the time and be able to react to the ever-changing environment.Some of your duties will include but not limited toLiaising directly with customers and the sales teams to offer support with all new rental enquiriesLiaise with accounts for setting up new customers, raising rental contracts to include maintenance and thorough examination processingLiaise with the dedicated transport company to ensure timely deliveries.Ensure all order, contract and documentation is in order and filed as appropriateLiaising directly with customers and the sales teams to offer support with all new rental enquiriesLiaise with workshops and Asset Controllers to schedule workloadLiaise with accounts for setting up new customers, raising contractsDeal with off hires, terminating agreements, field based off hire inspections..
