TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 3 MONTH CONTRACT starting in JAN 2025.
 
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software

Outside IR35 role Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks 
Over 4000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION AND EPC
MUST BE A QUALIFIED DEA
Lodgement fee is paid by the client
Properties located in/around - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, BEDFORDSHIRE, AND HERTFORDSHIRE
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties 
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
3 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
