Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) NO CALL OUT

£45,000 + optional overtime

Static site - London Bridge

Large static site

Carry out lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballast changes, control panel work, and power distribution.
Service air conditioning systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), performing filter changes and cleaning.
Undertake water treatment tasks, such as temperature checks
Monitor the BMS system, including temperature checks for hot and cold water.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as needed.
Maintain and update site logbooks regularly.Requirements:

Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
