Assistant Manager - Transactional Services

CMC Consulting are currently working with a Internationally recognised Consultancy business. Our Client requires a personable and academically astute finance professional to join their growing Transactional Services team based in the London offices.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Engage with clients in dynamic deal environments, providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct thorough financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, catering to private equity firms and corporate clients, with a focus on the Financial Services sector.
• Shape high-profile transactions: Contribute to the success of public company transactions.
• Work alongside industry experts to deliver tailored advisory solutions that drive client success in complex and high-stakes transactions.
• Utilise your expertise to offer strategic and commercial advice that helps clients navigate critical financial decisions and optimise deal outcomes.
