My public sector client is looking to recruit a contract HR Advisor.
My client is looking for someone with a background in supporting change with good communications skills and an ability to manage all the HR aspects of a big change involving 200 staff.
You will be required to manage the staff engagement, write JDs, get posts evaluated, support the business case for change, manage the HR aspects of reorganisation (there could be some redundancies as there is a saving requirement of £0.5m) and manage any OD implications - eg culture change, training etc.
