Project Manager/ Build Manager

East Sussex

£35,000 to £40,000 plus package

My client is a well known hoe renovations company that specialise in Windows, Conservatories, Orangeries to name but a few. They are currently expanding and require an Project Manager/ Build Manager to support them in running their projects.

Duties:

* Successfully managing teams of Installers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

* Maintain a good customer relationships to ensure that customers are happy with work undertaken, both during and after construction.

* Run around 10 projects at one time.

Requirments:

* Stong allround knowledge of the building trade

* Previous experience in a similar role
