JL Facilities are working with a long standing client assisting them in their search for multiple Asbestos Surveyors to work on a mobile basis covering the West Midlands and sorrounding areas.

These are immediate requirements with immediate starts available

ROLE: Asbestos Surveyor

LOCATION: Mobile Role covering the West Midlands and sorrounding areas

SALARY: Up to 40,000 DOE

These roles have become available due to even more contract wins and the company pride themselves on internal progression so there are genuine opportunities to progress within the business. You will be working on a variety of commercial buildings such as universities, colleges, commercial office space and retail outlets to name a few. You will also have the opportunity to work within domestic properties also.

As an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst you will

* Have effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors

* Have a strong work ethic

* Have strong IT skills

* Be conversant with current Asbestos & Health and Safety legislation and guidance

* Be flexible in your approach to working hours

* Be self-motivated and also able to work as part of a team

* Be competent in literacy and numeracy to construct accurate reports

They are UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and 17020 with offices based in the Hertfordshire, Staffordshire and Manchester

Essential qualifications and experience:

* For the Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst role the candidate must hold BOHS P402,

* Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience in asbestos surveying surveying.

* A valid UK Driving licence is essential, a company car will be provided
