Key functions of the role are:

Plan equipment restitution at gateways to ensure regional export demand and forecast oceanic repositioning allocations are achieved.
Effectively report empty available assets to facilitate export matchback targets.
Guide Carrier Haul restitution to support export demand forecast and enforce cost control of Merchant Haul empty pick-up and restitution on round trip gateway basis.
Provide weekly overdue list of asset type status reports to functionally accountable department for their action and follow up of any inventory integrity issues.
Exceptional handling of Restricted Use label container asset for sale or offhire.The ideal candidate will need:

Ideally experience in a coordinator/logistics/scheduling role OR be a recent graduate
To work as part of a close team and independently as required.
Good organizational skills.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure when required.
Good Excel skills.
