The Company:

The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services for an industrial/commercial building in Chester.

You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric.
You will be part of a 2 man team on a 40 hour week 7am - 3pm (there is flexibility on this)
This contract has just been extended for another 5 years

The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are qualified electrician with 18th edition.

The Salary:
Salary is up to £38,500 + OT + 25 days holiday + Stats and 3%/5% pension.
