The Role

This is a hands-on role for a highly organised Business Systems Manager who can hit the ground running on a project already in motion. You'll work closely with third-party developers to ensure seamless system integrations, process improvements, and technical optimisations-all while keeping business objectives at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage business systems, ensuring smooth performance and scalability.

Integrate applications to improve functionality and optimise data flow.

Drive process improvements to enhance system efficiency and business operations.

Provide user support and training to ensure effective system adoption.

Maintain data integrity and compliance, conducting audits and risk assessments.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, understanding their needs and translating them into system solutions.

Manage relationships with third-party tech teams, ensuring projects stay on track.

What You'll Bring

✅ Experience in the insurance sector, ideally in broker or commercial lines.
✅ Technical mindset, with experience managing and optimising business systems.

✅ Understanding of policy-level insurance concepts (aggregators, policy structures, regulations).
