As a Divorce Solicitor, the successful candidate will assume a pivotal role in assisting clients with divorce proceedings, safeguarding their rights and interests. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing clients with expert counsel on divorce laws, processes, and potential outcomes.
• Skillfully preparing and filing divorce petitions, financial disclosure documents, and other legal paperwork.
• Negotiating settlements and, when necessary, representing clients in court.
• Offering knowledgeable legal advice on child custody, alimony, property division, and other family law matters.
• Collaborating with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression and client satisfaction.
• Maintaining current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law, with a particular focus on divorce cases.
