Housing Maintenance & Construction Specialist, carrying out multi trade works in a professional manner. Contracts are Essex OR North London.  

The Role

Carpentry (Must have a carpentry background)
Fencing, replacement of rainwater goods, overclad window repair
Brickwork, plastering, painting, rendering

Skills & Experience

Level 2 NVQ Carpentry
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience preferred
CSCS Blue Card or higher
