Compass Associates is working with a valued client in their recruitment of a Home Manager. The client operates a medium sized portfolio of elderly care homes across the North of the UK and is currently going through a massive transformation with the emphasis on stabilisation and improvement,and are creating new and exciting roles across the company.

This is a non-corporate company that needs a Home Manager for a Residential/Nursing medium sized care home with a driven approach and strong leadership qualities.Clinical Deputy and Clinical Lead so PIN not required.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have experience as a Residential/Nursing?Dementia Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful Care Home. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

The company is looking for the best talent in the sector and only want to hire people who are driven and determined to make a difference to people's lives.

Requirements

* Experience Home Manager with "Good/Outstanding" CQC Background.

* A background in elderly care home market - specifically within nursing homes.

* Driving licence and own vehicle are required.

Location

The Home is based within Chesterfield and would be a suitable commute from Clowne, Shirebrook, Clay Cross, Bolsover, Mansfield, Staveley and Sutton-in-Ashfield
