Part Time Finance AssistantIMMEDIATE START! Location: Paddock Wood                   Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 14:30Contract: Temp to permCompany benefits include: Competitive salary - £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata, Company pension scheme, Laptop provided and 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) + bank holidays About the Role:Join a highly motivated and supportive team in an exciting new role, where you'll handle invoicing, supplier payments, bank reconciliation, credit control, and assist with monthly reporting. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  Key Responsibilities:

• Bank reconciliations
• Credit control
• Prepare and issue sales invoices (monthly, ad-hoc, and quarterly)
• Process supplier invoices and manage payment schedules
• Manage staff expenses and company credit cards
• Provide administrative support to the finance and office team

  What They're Looking For:The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and keen to learn. You should be able to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. They are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

• AAT Level 3 (minimum)
• Good understanding of Xero 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational and time management skills
