We are seeking to recruit a Branch Manager for our Ipswich branch. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. They will be expected to lead, drive and support the profitable development of the Ipswich branch. They'll also be responsible for our branch management and operational teams, for the planning and delivery of the next stage of our company development strategy, and for building, managing and expanding our customer portfolio in the respective areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the branch with three key areas of operation: projects and installation work, planned maintenance contracts and reactive service works.
* To oversee the operational management of the branch and the service teams within.
* Drive sales and business development for profitable and sustainable growth.
* Technical system design and equipment selection.
* Project planning and implementation.
* Ensure quality, customer service and profitability.
* Ensuring sales targets are met, monitoring budgets and motivating staff to attain objectives
* Promote organisational values and objectives, whilst actively promoting a strong team ethic.
* Ensure management systems, structures and procedures are adhered to, including the implementation of the company policy on 'Health, Safety and the Environment'
* Adopt an active role in the promotion of training and development of staff.
* Provide informed feedback to the Board of Directors.
