Your new companyDue to company growth, my client a highly regarded and growing consultancy firm, is seeking a commercially astute and analytical individual from an accounting / bookkeeping background to join their expanding team. This role will be based at their head office located on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Your new roleWorking as part of a supportive and professional team, this is a varied role encompassing management information reporting, analysis and bookkeeping.- Collating financial information including budgets and reports for clients- Providing insightful financials including cost and profitability analysis- Cash-flow review and reporting- Supporting internal and external customers with queries and information requests- Monthly and quarterly bookkeeping duties including bank reconciliations, journals and ledger managementWhat you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have 1-2 years+ experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping role. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping combined with confident systems and IT skills including Intermediate Excel will be essential. Knowledge of Xero, FarmPlan or similar systems would be highly beneficial.
