Key responsibilities for the Conveyancing Assistant:

Job Description

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of legal documents for property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and third parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Conduct property searches and handle registrations with the Land Registry.
  • Manage case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to solicitors and senior team members.
