The Role

As a Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in:

• Supporting month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Assisting in financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Contributing to internal audits and maintaining robust internal controls.
• Collaborating across departments to provide insightful financial analysis.
• Staying up-to-date with regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

This position is ideal for someone with roughly 1-2 years of accounting experience who is eager to step into a role with real impact and responsibility.

Your Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Studying towards an Accountancy qualification (CIMA,ACCA,AAT)
• Strong academic background (degree in relevant field, A levels etc)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• A collaborative and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
