Description

  • Administer end-to-end payroll operations for all company employees.
  • Ensure accuracy in calculations, deductions, and payments.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll queries.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and legislations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration.
  • Update payroll software with employee job changes, salary changes, and other relevant data.
  • Contribute to payroll process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Officer to support health and safety policies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards as part of a safe workplace.

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll practices and related laws.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
