Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a stunning Luxury 5 star hotel in near Green Park, London and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Agency Sous Chef to assist their team until after Christmas.

The Hotel has multiple dining options from all day dining, fine dining, afternoon teas, busy bar etc.

What's involved?
A successful Agency Sous Chef will work alongside a talented team, preparing for meals and getting ready for service. Chefs will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role at 2 AA Rosette level and used to working most sections along with overseeing the kitchen in the Executive Head Chefs absence.
