This organisation has seen significant growth in recent years and have attracted a best in class finance team under an established CFO.The role will suit a commercially minded, driven, ACCA/ACA/CIMA nearly or newly qualified candidate who has a strong understanding of journals, stats and double entries. You will be mentored and developed on a day to day basis from an high-calibre ACA qualified Finance Manager.Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of statutory accounts and monthly board packs
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly covenant reporting
• Month End Reporting to the Senior Management Team and the Board
• Audit and tax queries
• Helping with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Preparation of M&A budgets, completion accounts, earnout calculations
• Post-acquisition progress reporting
• Support the delivery of other ad-hoc projects as required
