This role will suit anyone with an outgoing personality, an excellent telephone manner and the drive to achieve and outperform targets, and a stable career history.   Responsibilities   As an After sales contact advisor your responsibilities will include: Taking  "warm" calls from existing customers Secure bookings for Servicing, Repairs & MOTS's Outbound calling to customer for retention and Feedback of service Be knowledgeable about the services available Maximising every opportunity Delivering the very highest levels of customer service   Experience, Skills & Qualifications  Essential Requirements: Excellent Telephone Manner Outgoing personality Drive to achieve and outperform targets Stable employment history   Desirable Requirements:
