The Role

Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Year 2 curriculum.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels supported and valued.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in activities and events.

The Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1.
A strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young learners.
Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to support and inspire children of all abilities.
A team player with great communication and interpersonal skills.
