About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Modern Languages Teacher to ignite a love for languages in students. Your role will include planning engaging lessons, inspiring cultural curiosity, and helping students build confidence in their language skills. By delivering high-quality teaching and providing constructive feedback, you'll support learners in developing fluency and an appreciation for the global community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, deliver, and mark high-quality lessons in your specialist language(s), aligned with the national curriculum.

* Use innovative teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

* Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing feedback to promote improvement and confidence.

* Prepare students for exams, ensuring they achieve their academic targets in languages.

* Foster an inclusive classroom environment that celebrates cultural diversity and collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

* QTS or significant experience teaching modern languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German).

* A passion for languages and a commitment to inspiring students to communicate confidently and appreciate other cultures.

* Strong organisational skills to manage planning, teaching, and marking responsibilities effectively.
