What you’ll do
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will drive the optimization of processes and systems across our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer success operations. You will spearhead the adoption of key tools, drive strategic alignment between sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and finance, and develop high-impact strategies that accelerate revenue growth, and elevate the customer experience as we scale.
Day-to-day responsibilities:

Oversee the optimisation and refinement of operational processes across GTM teams to ensure efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment with business goals.

Manage our GTM tech stack, including tools like HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Notion, to streamline operations and enhance customer interactions.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations, emphasizing alignment among customer-facing teams for unified strategies and smooth execution.

Track and assess key performance metrics, especially those tied to customer satisfaction and retention, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Identify and address operational inefficiencies, particularly in customer operations, implementing practical solutions to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
Ideally, you should have the following qualifications:

4+ years in Revenue/GTM Operations with a focus on SaaS/tech companies

Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Notion, Zapier, Gong and other GTM platforms

Strong process optimization skills with a proven impact on customer experience and business performance

Demonstrated ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and drive strategic alignment, particularly in customer-facing teams

Experience in solving complex operational challenges, especially those related to customer operations and interactions
