Prospero Teaching are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join various primary schools in The New Forest. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of our students.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students with special educational needs.
Prepare classroom materials and resources.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all studentsAbout you:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant/LSA or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.
Location - The New Forest- Various Locations

Hours - 8:30am-3:30pm (hours may vary)

Essential & Desirable Qualifications/ requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable

Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:

Hold right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide references upon request
Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
