The role itself is based in a dynamic Finance Department, which consists of a diverse 14-member team. You will be managing a portfolio of partner practice groups to reduce "lock up" through effective WIP management, timely billing, and client liaison for prompt payment. Your other key responsibilities include resolving client queries within firm SLA times, maintaining accurate client records, managing special rates and reconciliations, and preparing files for legal action when necessary. You will be in a unique position to form strong client relationships and ensure all collections policies are adhered to while supporting the team in ongoing finance projects.
