With a commitment to enhancing health and safety standards, we deliver comprehensive training solutions tailored to the needs of various industries.Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development you will deliver high-quality first aid and mental health first aid training courses to their clients.As a Medical Trainer, your duties will be: -
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions in first aid, mental health first aid, and other related areas to a diverse range of clients across the UK.
- Adapt training delivery to meet the specific needs of different client groups, ensuring that all participants achieve the desired competencies.
- Ensure that all training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with current best practices and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored training solutions.
- Provide post-training support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to develop training packages and proposals for prospective clients.
- Ensure all training is delivered in compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.
- Provide regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Develop new training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, in collaboration with the training development team.
The successful Medical Trainer will have the following skills: -
- Must have worked within a similar role previously.
- Experience in online training development and delivery would be advantageous.
- Must be qualified to deliver First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.
- Must have UK driving licence.
- Able to do overnight stays most weeks.
- Ok with UK travel.
