Part-Time Junior Software Tester

Location: Southampton / Remote
Salary: £16,800 (22.5 hours, flexible days/hours working)

We are seeking a Part-Time Junior Software Tester to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing while contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Involvement in the full software testing lifecycle
Create and develop test schedules and implement new testing processes
Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify bugs and defects
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
Create and execute test cases based on project specifications
Record and triage defects to ensure quality assuranceKey Skills:

Ideally 1+ years' experience in software testing
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Solid foundation in software testing principles and methodologies
Experience with manual functional testing and web applications
SQL proficiency (desirable)
