BMSL are currently recruiting an Electrical Site Supervisor for a prestigious residential scheme consisting of 550 apartments across 6 blocks in Birmingham city centre.
Previous experience supervising on similar contracts is preferred and an SSSTS is essential. The scheme is due for completion in July 2026. Our client will consider either cards-in or contract on a CIS basis.
This will be a non-working role, managing all electrical subcontract labour packages and materials inc Elec Labour, FA & Security, Data, PV, Lightning Protection
