Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Surrey. The successful candidate will provide support, guidance, and intervention to individuals, families, and groups facing social challenges. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to improve the well-being and quality of life for our community members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and risks. Develop tailored care plans to address identified needs.

* Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring all clients receive appropriate and timely services. Monitor and review care plans regularly.

* Intervention: Provide direct support and intervention in crisis situations. Facilitate access to community resources, services, and support networks.

* Advocacy: Advocate for clients' rights and needs within various systems, including healthcare, education, and housing. Ensure clients' voices are heard and respected.

* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare providers, educators, and legal representatives, to coordinate care and services.

* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, assessments, care plans, and progress reports.

* Compliance: Ensure all practices adhere to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Stay informed of changes in social work regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Education: A degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) from a recognized institution.

* Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England.

* Experience: Previous experience in social work, particularly in child protection, mental health, or community services, is highly desirable.

* Skills:
