Whilst this role is remote, there will be a few days a month of travel to the Midlands and London. There will also be the occasional travel to Hungary.

The Role:

Reporting to: Business Development Director

Summary: As the B2B Lead Product Manager, you will own the product vision, strategy, and delivery for their B2B Product. Youll collaborate with key leaders across B2B Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and New Business to drive acquisition, monetisation, and retention. Youll also work closely with Data & Analytics, Client Services, Operations, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a product strategy that enhances user experiences and drives business success, aligned with the Groups overall goals.
  • Deeply understand their B2B customers and partners, identifying opportunities to support their eCommerce businesses with their SaaS product and diverse range of tools and operating models.
  • Ensure successful delivery of their products goals through smart roadmap prioritisation and high-velocity execution.
  • Partner with Technology and Design to build a world-class, commercially successful software platform and app, maintaining various modules and internal tools efficiently.
  • Define and analyse metrics that measure the success of product developments and strategies. Champion experimentation and optimisation techniques.
  • Embed agile product development processes within the broader cross-functional product team.
  • Support the Engineering Manager by providing clear designs and specifications to empower team members.

Person Specification:

  • Extensive experience as a Product Manager with the ability to craft long-term product strategies and distil them into quarterly and bi-weekly sprint goals.
  • Significant product experience in a B2B SaaS environment, enhancing customer experiences to create value. Real-world operations experience is a bonus.
  • Deep understanding of sales enablement, onboarding funnels, CRM capabilities, and measuring user and account behaviours to drive acquisition, monetisation, and retention.
  • Experience working with iOS and/or Android platforms.
  • Data-driven with experience using experimentation tools, particularly A/B testing.
  • Comfortable with the technical aspects of web and app development, and capable of positively challenging technology teams on solutions and architecture.
  • Creative problem solver with a track record of quickly bringing MVPs to fruition. Experience with gamification mechanisms for user retention is a bonus.
  • Ability to provide UI designs considering customer needs.
  • Passionate and curious about customer needs, able to translate them into value-generating solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and executing ambitious product strategies that lead to substantial change.
  • Proven ability to create strong working partnerships across cross-functional teams, with a high degree of empathy for other functions goals and challenges.
  • Strong business sense and sound commercial decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-growing, private equity-backed environment.

Travel and Attendance: The successful candidate should expect to spend time with customers and at their various UK sites, with occasional travel to Hungary (Budapest or Pécs), where a significant portion of their technology team is based.
