We are currently working with a highly reputable specialist in providing repair, installation and maintenance services to the lift industry, who are actively looking to recruit a Lift Service Engineer to manage a walking route of approximately 80 units in the West End.

The role of the Lift Service Engineer will involve;

* Managing an allocated number of units within the West End.

* Carrying out routine servicing and inspection of industrial passenger and goods lifts throughout the route.

* Logging all completed jobs and providing recommendations where further repairs are required.

* Utilising public transport, funded by the employer, to commute into work daily and attend clients' sites.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess;

* A minimum of 3+ years' experience in servicing and inspection of industrial passenger and goods lifts.

* Ideally an NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering, J-Modules or a BTEC in Lift Engineering, however time-served Engineers looking to complete their NVQ 3 will also be considered, and funding will be provided after probation.

The role offers the following remuneration package;

* A basic salary of up to £45,000pa depending on experience, time served and qualifications gained/required.

* 25 days' annual leave, in addition to Bank Holidays.

* A company pension of 3% contributory.

* An Oyster Card and rail fares funded by the employer.

* All uniform, tooling and phone provided along with full uniform.
